What is Hokkaibnaya<\/h2>\n

Hokkai Banya is a seafood restaurant operated by Toyosu \/ Tsukiji Uogashi Kitada (KitadaSuisan Co., Ltd.), which was founded in 1924. We opened the Tsukiji Outer Market in November 2009 with the hope that many people will casually enjoy the delicious taste of Japanese seafood that we are proud of in the world.
\nThe fish and shellfish we provide are procured from all over the world through Hokkai Banya’s unique network, including specialized wholesalers in the Toyosu market.
\nYou can fully enjoy high-quality seafood dishes,kaisen-don, grilled seafood,and a la carte that you can enjoy the deliciousness of the season.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

About the name \u201cHokkaibanya\u201d<\/h2>\n

A “banya” is a house where fishermen gather and stay in preparation for fishing.
\nThe fish we receive is the result of the efforts of fishermen In adto land in harsh nature and harsh conditions.dition, Japan’s world-class fishery distribution system, which is proud of its world-class fishery distribution system, such as quick and careful processng after lanxding and distribution management until it reaches our table, has no connection between people that our predecessors have created over the years.
\nWe named it “Hokkai Banya” in Tsukiji, a gastronomic town, because of the respect and gratitude for those people and the wish to serve as a place to encounter with our customers.
